Since this newsletter is just starting up, nothing is behind a paywall for the moment, so you’ll get new posts in your inbox of reviews of just-published and fairly recent cookbooks, as well as Cookbook Flashback posts about cookbooks I’ve known and loved. Get them while they’re hot! When we’re no longer half-baked, the new book reviews will be what paid subscribers get, along with the ability to comment and occasional bonus pieces.
